1. Who we are
This website is operated by Scop Tickets LLC, a company incorporated in the State of Wyoming, USA, at 30 North Gould Street, Sheridan, WY 82801 (“Scop Tickets”, “we”). Contact: info@scoptickets.com.
2. Nature of the service: independent intermediary
Scop Tickets is an independent intermediary service. We are not the official operator of the Acropolis of Athens and have no affiliation with the Hellenic Organization of Cultural Resources Development (ODAP / Hellenic Heritage), the Ephorate of Antiquities of the City of Athens or the Hellenic Ministry of Culture. By placing an order you engage us to purchase the tickets indicated on your behalf from the official ticket office, and to provide assistance before, during and after your visit. Official tickets may be purchased directly on the official website, usually at a lower price.
3. Order and confirmation
Your order is confirmed once payment is approved. You immediately receive a confirmation email and then the official tickets, always before your visit date. You are responsible for providing a valid email and checking your spam folder.
4. Prices
Prices are in euros (EUR) and include the official ticket price plus our intermediation and assistance fee. Indicative values currently in force:

Other reduced or free categories set by the official ticket office are not sold on this site.
6. Time slot, access rules and closures
The ticket is valid for a single entry on the date and in the time slot booked. Last entry is 20 minutes before closing. The site is closed on January 1, March 25, May 1, Easter Sunday and December 25 and 26, and opening hours may change for reasons beyond our control. If the site does not open on your date, we help you reschedule or, if that is not possible, refund the order.

8. Liability
Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the order. We are not responsible for decisions of the site management, closures, schedule changes, weather, force majeure or indirect damages.
